AGM started with participants registration at 7.30 AM.
CME Program was introduced by President, Alfret Norman
Session continued from 8.15 AM to 12.30 PM, moderated by Andy Somesan – 4hours of credit offered.
Speakers were, Drs. Ranjadayalan, Mathialagan, Sri Sujanthy and Ravi chandran
12.30 to 1.30 pm – Committee met with general body to discuss JMFOA activities and select new members. Members from UK, NZ and AUS chapters also participated. Dr.Selvakumar, President – NZ confirmed his unremitting support. Dr.Parthipan updated their relentless academic collaboration with the JMF. ICC members’ cooperation encouraged. Australia was selected for 9th AGM venue.
Evening session started with lighting of traditional oil lamp by Chief guest Dr. Ranjadayalan and Guest of honor Dr. Vijayarajah

Traditional dance – Bharatanatyam, a beautiful performance
Bollywood dance was colorful and entertaining
President speech: Dr.Alfret Norman – outlined the JMFOA activities – Recently completed projects, current and future plans, thanked Vicki et al for organizing the 8th AGM a grand success
Secretary’s report – Minutes of the 7th AGM presented by Dr.P.Subakesan, and accepted by the general body.
Dr.Anusuya Jeyakumar, presented the treasurer’s report
New committee members were introduced to the general body.
Fund raising activities spearheaded by Nanthakumar et al.
Excellent solo performance as well as and multi-language ‘pop’ songs DJ.
Sumptuous Italian food for dinner
Non-stop dance till 1 AM
Post AGM Alaska Cruise from Seattle, WA from July 22- 29, 2012 with 8hrs CME.
